1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. dark sesame oil

Arrange spinach in a dish and top with orange sections and almonds. 3. To make Sweet-Sesame Dressing: Blend agar sugar, rice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in food processor.
