What Are The Ingredients For Salmon Calzones Recipe?The ingredients for Salmon Calzones are: 1 lb. fresh salmon3 lbs. red potatos 1 large onion 1 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cup nonfat milk 1 lb. whole wheat pizza dough 1 tbsp. dried dill weed salt and pepper to taste How Do I Make Salmon Calzones?Here is how you make Salmon Calzones: Heat oven to 400. Place salmon in shallow pan, sprayed lightly with oil spray. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, and with dried dill, and spray top with a little more oil spray. Bake salmon for 10 to 15 min. or until just tender. Dice potatoes, place in pot and cover with water. Add salt to taste and boil until tender. Meanwhile, dice onion and saute on med. to med/low heat in olive oil until tender and light brown. Divide pizza dough into 6 pieces, and roll each of these out into a circle, about 6 inches in diameter. When potatoes are done, drain and place in large bowl. Add onions, butter, nonfat milk and salt and pepper. Mash well. Crumble fish into potato mixture and stir. Place about 3/4 cup of potato mixture onto each dough circle, and fold over into calzone shape. Crimp edges with a fork. Sprinkle a bit more dill and oil spray on top of calzones.
