How Do I Make Salmon Patties?

Here is how you make Salmon Patties:

Mix all ingredients except crackers into a medium size bowl. Crush crackers and add it in to the mixture. (The crackers should make the mixture easily into a patty...add more crackers if needed.) Make patties out of the mixture and place them on a pan. Cook for approximatley 5-7 minutes on each side. Good by themselves or on a sandwich with mayonaise.
