Here is how you make Philly's Health Sandwich:

I used to go to a great little restaurant that had wonderful 'Health' sandwiches. Since I moved away I have salivated for these --- finally figured out how to make them --- SO EASY!Slice the cucumber, tomato and onion thinly. In a bowl, toss veggies with tahini, salt and pepper. Slice large pita in half and line one half with the greens. Layer in the cucumbers, tomato and onion mixture onto the greens and add more greens to completely line the pita (it helps keep the pita from getting soggy too quickly).
