Boil buckwheat until almost cooked and drain.Add the colza oil to a pan and heat. When heated add the chopped onions and garlic cloves (preferably crushed).Add salt and half a table spoon of pepper.Stir gently and cook until onions are soft. Add the tomato sauce and the cups of water.
