Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2 Tbls. Corn Starch-(If nessary to thicken) 3 C. Raw Veggies-Chopped, shredded, whatever your preference. (Carrots, Peas, Onion, Green Peppers, Zuccini) This is NOT included in the nutritional value. 1 ? 2 C. Shrimp or other meat-Cooked. This is NOT included in the nutritional value. How Do I Make ALREDO SAUCE-Low Fat?Here is how you make ALREDO SAUCE-Low Fat: Heat Oil and Garlic, add flour, cook for 3 min, just make sure it is mixed thoroughly. Remove from heat. Add milk and cheese, mix well. Cook until thickened, add veggies and cooked meat, continue cooking until desired doneness. Veggies may be added raw or pre-cooked. If added raw the moisture will reduce the thickness of the sauce and you may have to thicken it with the corn starch. (1 oz. COLD water mixed with 2 Tbls.
