Here is how you make Hot Sauce Sunflower Seeds:

2 cups of RAW Sunflower Seeds1 medium sized bottle of Hot Sauce5 dashes of Salt1. Preheat the pan. You want the pan to be really hot but you do NOT want to burn your seeds! It'll be really gross! So set the temperature between medium & high. 2. Add the cooking spray or optionally oil. 3. Now, start cooking! Pour in the seeds and quickly add a couple dashes of salt. Now, add the hot sauce. Drop only as much as you can handle. So add a little, or add a lot. I personally love spicy foods and I'm part Thai so I usually add a whole lot of hot sauce (about 30 drops)! 5. Take it off the stove and let it sit for about 5 minutes because once you set it down it will be really hot. Then eat the deliciousness! Spicy, salty, crunchy?
