Onion -Yellow, 1 small onion
Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp

Tomato puree, 1 can (29 oz)
Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) or 1 12 oz can
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (more or less to reach desired consistency)
Bay leaves, 3
Carrot, whole, raw, 1 medium

Here is how you make Amazing Pizza Sauce:

Place olive oil, onion and garlic in a saucepan and saute for about 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, the oregano, chili powder and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato puree, tomato paste, carrot and bay leaves. Simmer on low for about an hour. Remove carrot and bay leaves before using.Serving Size:?Makes about 6 cups
