The ingredients for LFM Tomato Sauce are:

1 can whole or diced tomatoes
2 large carrots, peeled, grated or chopped
1 large sweet red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos

How Do I Make LFM Tomato Sauce?

Here is how you make LFM Tomato Sauce:

Chop fresh veg and sautee in garlic infused oil until soft. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, celery seed, oregano and red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer over med-low heat, breaking up whole tomatoes with spatula, and cook for minimum 20 minutes. Stir in splash of red wine and Bragg's to taste. Cook another 5 minutes or until sauce is to your liking. Allow to cool for a few minutes. If you prefer, puree until smooth in pot with a hand blender. Serve immediately over brown rice pasta or any GF pasta. Serving Size:?12 servings / 4 tbsp
