Here is how you make Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Sauce:

Saute garlic in olive oil in a sm/md saucepan over med-low heat 2-3 min. Remove garlic and discard. Add butter, increase heat to medium. Whisk in flour once butter has melted. Cook 1-2 min. Whisk in milk - slowly at first to blend evenly with the roux, then once there are no more lumps dump in whatever is left. Cook, whisking frequently to prevent burning, until thickened and bubbling. Reduce heat to low and stir in sun dried tomatoes, parmesan, salt, pepper, and basil.
