1.) If canning, prepare jars and lids in a hot water bath.2.) Cut tomatoes and remove seeds. Cook in a large pot. Bring to a boil.3.) While tomatoes are cooking, cook mushrooms, onion, green pepper and garlic in a medium pan until done.3.) Add cooked vegetables to the tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often.4.)
