Here is how you make Savory Tart:

-Prepare the puff pastry according to directions on package.-Use the butter to grease a pie tin.-saute the vegetables in 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat for a few minutes. Stir in herbs and Remove from heat.-Stir together the cheese, cream and egg in a mixing bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper-Pour mix into prepared pastry crust in greased pie tin. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 30 minutes. It may be slightly jiggly in the middle. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.Serving Size:?makes 8 servings
