3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided;
2 cups medium shells macaroni;
1 jar (27 oz.) spaghetti sauce (I used Franceso Rinaldi).

Heat oven to 350 degrees.Cook the pasta shells and drain.In large bowl mix together spinach, cottage cheese, egg substitute, Parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Toss the pasta shells with 2 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce.In 11 x 7 inch baking dish spread 1/2 the pasta shells mix, spoon the spinach mix over the shells, spread remaining shells mix over the spinach mix.
