Here is how you make Shirataki Lo Mein:

Rinse shirataki noodles in several changes of water. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave drained rinsed noodles for one minute. Rinse again and lay out on paper towels to further drain liquid. Set aside.Heat a wok or large non stick skillet over high heat. Add peanut oil, cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger and chilli sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage looks wilted. Add noodles and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, until noodles are heated thru.
