2.5 oz. Peach, pitted & diced (not peeled)
3.5 oz. Pear, cored & diced (not peeled)
2.5 oz. Strawberries, unsweetened, hulled (frozen or fresh)
3 oz. Dark Cherries, halved (pitted)
4 oz. Mango, fresh, peeled and diced
3 Dates, (soaked in .25 cup of hot water to soften)
Dash of Vanilla extract (optional)
Drop of Almond extract (optional)

In a measuring cup add .25 water. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Add Pitted Dates to water to soak.Wash all vegetables and fruits. Remove long stems from spinach. Separate leafy greens of kale from large vein/stem. Discard stem. Dice fruits and place in a bowl.In a heavy-duty blender, add Kefir, Spinach and Kale. Blend on high until emulsified.Next, add Whey Protien Isolate Powder, slivered almonds, almond butter and Non-Fat Greek Yogurt. Blend on high until well blended.Lastly, add to blender mixture Chia Seeds, and all cut up fruit (Peach, Pear, Strawberries, Cherries, Mango, & Dates) any juice from fruits, and water in which dates were soaked. Add any extracts at this time.
