Start blending slowly (I have a Kitchen Aide blender that works nicely!) and proceed through the stages until you are on liquify for an approximate total of 5 minutes.Please feel free to change the ingredients to use whatever you have available. I use organic, fresh produce from my CSA, what I've frozen in my freezer, or whatever is available at the store. A great way to up vegetable and fruit intake.Add chard or spinach for more protien.
