Add almond milk, yogurt, carrots, lemon, orange, cinnamon, flaxseed, dulse, ginger, coconut oil, wheat germ, and spinach to blender and blend until smooth. Add some water if needed. Add in the kiwi and banana and blend until smooth again. Add water as needed while blending in fruit. Blend in the frozen fruit 1 cup at a time until smooth.
