Here is how you make Super Greens Fruit Smoothie:

Puree thoroughly in a large blender, starting with the liquid and adding each ingredient one at a time in the order listed. The frozen fruit will make it the constancy of a milkshake.It makes a lot (about 6 cups), so we usually have our fill (about 2-3 cups worth) as a meal replacement and then save the rest for later. It will keep well for a day or so in a tightly sealed container in the fridge. It also makes a great desert in smaller portions.Use this Recipe as a guideline. I change it up all the time, adding and subtracting fruits and other ingredients and improvising portion sizes.
