Peel banana, apple, and kiwi cut into smaller pieces put into blender add about 4 or 5 ice cubes or whatever you prefer. Then blend till ingredients are broken down then take your washed blueberries 1/2 cup, raspberries 1/4 cup, strawberries 4 or 5, blackberries 1/4 cup, pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup, and put into blender and blend till smooth. Now the flaxseeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made flaxseeds can be added.
