I saw this recipe in a blog by NEETAC. I tweaked it and bumped up the greens. I always use between 3 to 4 cups of greens in my smoothies.The addition of the spices and the vanilla make this smoothie taste like a milkshake. I add Vitamineral Green which has a pretty strong "Green" taste and it is totally maked in this smoothie. I have tried making this with different greens and different fruits. Pineapple, cinnamon, and cayenne is a great combo to try.
