In a soup pot combine the onion, celery, carrot, garlic, water, bouillon cube, and 2 cans of the rinsed, drained black beans. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and let simmer.2.In a blender combine the remaining can of rinsed drained beans, the can of tomatoes and the can of green chilis. Blend until smooth.3.When the onion, carrots, and celery are tender, add the blended mixture. Then add all the remaining ingredients except for the lime juice.
