Here is how you make Tuscan Bean Soup:

Oil, onion, celery and garlic saute on medium for 3 minutes. Add oregano, thyme, basil, carrot and tomatoes and continue to saute for anther 5 minutes. Add stock and beans, bring to boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer additional 10 minutes. Remove 4 cups of soup and blend till creamy, return to pot.
