-1 can, 4 oz, mushrooms, drained and diced/chopped
-1 t ground black pepper
-1-2 t worchestershire sauce
-1/3 C dry quick cooking barley

---Saute the garlic and onions in a large skillet over med. low heat before adding the Morning Star crumbles. Stir and continue to cook over low heat stirring every once and a while until browned.--MEANWHILE, stir the other ingredients EXCEPT the barley in a med. pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil stirring almost constantly so the milk doesn't scald. At the barley and cook for about 10 min. on simmer or until barley is done.
