Toss all ingredients in a pot, except for the half & half.Let the soup cook on medium-high heat for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.When broccoli is cooked to desired consistency, use a blender/magic bullet to "get out the lumps" of broccoli. I threw about half of my broccoli in my magic bullet, while I left the rest "chunky."Toss everything back in the pot, and take the soup off the heat. Add the half & half and stir. Now you can eat and enjoy it!:)Serving Size:?Makes approximately 6 1 Cup servings
