Here is how you make James' Curried Carrot Soup:

Mix bullion with 5 cups water and set aside. Add chopped carrots and onions into pot. Saute with oil for 5 minutes then add remaining ingredients except for 1 cup of the bullion/water mixture. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Laddle mixture into food processor and then into a separate bowl.
