Here is how you make Quick and Easy Vege Soup:

Add water and bouillon cubes in large saucepan and bring to a boil (may substitute broth if desired). Add thyme, potatoes, carrots and onions and cook about 15 minutes or until tender. Add remaining vegetables and bring back to a boil. Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Potatoes will being to dissolve to thicken the broth--if you prefer firmer potatoes, let the carrots and onions cook a little before you add them.
