1/2 cup wheat germ (Yaffe calls for TVP; I intended to use Bulghar wheat, but the wheat germ was great)
4 TBS chunky peanut butter
4 oz canned diced green chilis
2 TBS hot sauce
1 tsp salt

Heat 1 TBS Peanut Oil on medium heat in Dutch Oven/soup potAdd 1 minced onion, 1 minced bell pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves to the hot oil.Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add 6 cups of stock.
