1 cup light sour cream
2 large stocks of celery, chopped

1.5 tsp. butter
1 large clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash chicken grilling seasoning
1 tsp. McCormick onion powder
1 tsp. McCormick flaked basil leaves
salt to taste

Here is how you make Judy's Potatoe Soup:

Peal potatoes and cook in kettle with water enough to cover until potatoes are tender. Drain water and add 1 cup milk to mash the potatoes with a potato masher. (I like to leave mine somewhat lumpy for texture) Set aside.In second kettle, melt butter and add onion and celery and garlic and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of milk to vegetables and stir. Add mashed potatoes and stir to combine over medium heat. Stir frequently to prevent scorching on the bottom of pan. Add the Mrs. Dash nd McCormick seasonings and mix. Add sour cream and cottage cheese and heat through until thoroughly heated. Do not allow to boil. You may add salt to taste according to your preference. You may add more milk if you like a thinner soup, or if you like it creamy, you may blend it in a blender to make it truly creamy.
