1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red peppet flakes
4 c. kale
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. salted peanuts- for garnish
shredded coconut- for garnish

1. peel and cut butternut squash into 1” pieces and microwaved in a bowl on high for 6.5 minutes to start the cooking process 2. Heat a large pot on medium high. Spray with cooking spray and add potatoes, cooking until they begin to brown. Stir in garlic. 3. Add coconut milk, soy milk, allspice, salt, pepper and flakes. 4.
