Here is how you make Thai Vegetable Soup:

Place bouillon into put with 1 quart of water, 2 tablespoons of Ponzu, and a few shakes of Simply Asian seasoning and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature and keep flame to keep soup hot.At same time, spray a small fry pan with vegetable spray and add two tablespoons of Ponzu, two tablespoons of shallots and one tablespoon of Simply Asian seasoning. Turn on flame to medium and add TVP. As pan and TVP begins to warm, add about 1/2 cup of the broth. Add more Ponzu and seasoning to taste. Cook for about 4 minutes until all seasoning and broth is absorbed by TVP.
