Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp
Organic Soy Milk (Aldi Brand), 8 oz
Mrs. Dash (Any Flavor but I used their SW Chipotle)

How Do I Make Vegetable Sausage Soup?

Here is how you make Vegetable Sausage Soup:

Cut up all veggies and sausage while also heating the broth under a low flame. You can use pre minced garlic in a jar. Add veggies and spices to broth. Spray a pan with oil and saute cut up sausages for about 10 - 15 minutes. On medium heat cook covered for 45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes or so and adding 1 cup of water at about 15 minut intervals. Add cooked sausage and olive oil after the soup has been cooking for 30 minutes.After roughly 35 minutes of cooking, put the coconut flour in a cup and add the soy milk. Stir until pasty. Slowly add to soup stirring continuously until it returns to a boil...just enough to give it a little bit of a thickness. Cook an additional 15 minutes or so. Turn off fire and allow to sit for about 10 minutes to cool down a bit.Serve and eat but remember this is very hot.Number of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SMITHLPOOLE.
