Blend olives & parsley in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Boil pasta. Drain, saving some water to moisten pasta.While pasta is cooking, saute cauliflower in oil until golden brown. Add garlic & chili, sauteeing briefly (do not burn garlic). Add a splash of water, then the olive-parsley mixture. Cook until hot. Mix pasta with sauteed vegetables. Add parmesan & almonds.
