(you can use a potatoe masher for this) You don't want them to be bompletely smooth, you should still be able to recognize that they are kidney beans. Add the soy sauce, tomatoe paste (or you can use steak sauce), 2 Tablespoons Olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs, wheat gluten, and herbs. Use a fork to mix everything together. Use your hands to knead the mixture together for a minute, until everything is really well combined and firm.Roll the bean mixture into walnut size balls (12-15 of them). But don't makeThem too big; smaller makes for the best texture. A few minutes after you've began baking the beanballs (directions follow), add pasta to the water and cook according to package directions.To bake beanballs: Grease a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil. Bake for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned on the bottom, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour about 1/3 c. of marinara onto them, flipping them around to coat them. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.Add remaining marinara to spaghetti noodles to combine.
