Here is how you make Spinach Gouda No-Bake Quiche:

1. Mix flour, soy milk, eggs, nutmeg, agave, and salt together. Slice gouda cheese (ricotta or mild cheddar are great substitutes) and add. 2. Chop onions and 1 small apple into thin slices, toss into medium-sized cooking pan (medium-high heat) with 2 tbsp of butter or vegetable oil. Saute, sprinkle with salt, let the onions sweat a little and then add fresh thyme.3. While onion mix is cooking, clean and chop spinach, toss into pan. Mix until spinach until wilted. Remove from pan into another container.4. Re-oil or butter pan (make sure to get the sides!), pour in egg and cheese mix. Stir and cook for a minute.5. Add spinach mixture and stir.
