Here is how you make OAMM Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups:

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, cheeses, spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain lasagna noodles. Place 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 2 8x8 baking dishes. Spread approximately 1/3 cup filling over each lasagna noodle, roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over roll ups.
