Place stock in a saucepan and simmer gently.2. Heat the oil in another saucepan and add the onion. Saute for 3 minutes.3. Add the rice to the pan with the onion and stir gently to coat the grains with the oil. 4. Add enough of the stock to cover the rice and stir well.5. Simmer gently stirring frequently. When the liquid is almost completely absorbed ad more of the stock. Contine adding the stock in stages and stirring until it is absorbed.6.
