3 eggs
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 oz crumbled smoked gouda

Here is how you make Jenn's Spinach Mushroom Leek Quiche:

Following package directions, line a deep dish pie dish with the crust, set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Saute leeks for about one minute, then add garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, then add rosemary and spinach. Heat until spinach just starts to soften, remove from heat. In a separate bowls, lightly scramble eggs with milk salt and pepper.Pour the vegetable mixture into the pie shell. Place onto a foil lined cookie sheet, then carefully pour egg mixture into the shell. Top with tomato slices, and sprinkle crumbled or grated gouda over the top. Bake 40 minutes.
