Put flour in a bowl. Add salt & baking powder & mix well.2. Add beaten egg, milk, oil & stir. 3. Knead dough (on a flat floured surface) for approx 3 min.4. Cut dough disproportionately (60/40).5. Roll out the 60% portion of the dough & use to line an already greased & floured 8x8in baking pan.Filling Directions:1. Boil chard until almost cooked (mostly floppy).2. Add Spinach & cook for another 5 min. Then drain & set aside.3. Put 2 tbsps of oil in frying pan & saute jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, salt, pepper & oregano for approx. 15 min. 4. While previous mixture is cooking cut up the spinach & chard.5. Add spinach, chard & cheese to vegi mixture & saute for more 1-2min. At this point you can either mix in all 5 eggs(beaten) or do this the traditional way by mixing in 1 egg.6. Do not let egg cook in frying pan. Pour mixture into 8x8in baking pan & dough.Note: If you are doing it as a traditional dish you will then insert the remaining 4 eggs into the filling in 4 different places. I usually put one near each corner.7. Roll out remaining 40% of dough & cover the filling. Squish dough edges together & cook in a preheated oven @ 400 degrees (375 degrees for high altitude) for 30 -45min.
