Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil into a pan over medium heat and cook until slightly brown. Add the thinly diced tomato, can of tomato sauce and thinly sliced onion. You can add a bit of water to thin the sauce out, if you would like. Bring down to a simmer and let cook for at least ten minutes. Brush the remaining olive oil onto the pizza crust.
