Here is how you make Saucepan Brussels Sprouts:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, put in olive oil. Once heated, put in onion. Stir onion frequently to prevent burning. Cook onion until translucent. Add parsley, sprouts, pepper, salt and rosemary. Stir together until thoroughly distributed. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Stir every few minutes and replace cover. Cook for 20-25 minutes until sprouts are tender but not mushy.
