Here is how you make Brussel Sprouts Au Gratin:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Boil brussel sprouts in a pot, barely covered with water, for 8-10 minutes. Drain, and coarsley chop brussel sporuts. Spray a 2 qt dish with non-stick cooking spray. Put sprouts in dish. Toss with red pepper flakes and pepper. Pour milk over sprouts and then top with cheese. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs and place on top of cheese.
