Bake the squash cut side down on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 30 min at 375 degrees. Blend dry ingredients. Lightly spray baked squash then spread spice blend on cut side of squash. Increase temp to 400 degrees. Return squash to oven, cut side up, and cook until browned, 5-10 minutes.I served it with rice w/ peas & onion and very much enjoyed it.
