Here is how you make Butternut Squash and Sage Lasagne:

Saute cubed squash in butter-oil mixture and toss with nutmeg and sage. Add diced tomatoes and cook until soft. Grease a lasagne pan or casserole dish and pour a third of the tomato/squash mixture to line the bottom. Mix the cottage cheese with an egg and layer lasagne pasta, tomato mix and cottage cheese mix twice, then add grated cheese.
