Here is how you make Squash-A-Palooza:

1. - Split butternut squash in half and remove seeds. Cut one half into bite-sized cubes and the other half Julienne (cut into strips like pasta).2. - Cut summer squash and zucchini into 1/2 thick discs.3. - Chop onion.4. - Roast, peel, and de-seed the pablano pepper(s) then cut into pieces.5. - Pan fry butternut squash cubes until browned and beginning to soften.6.- Add all other ingredients except for julienned butternut squash and soy sauce, add chilli powder and garlic powder and stir occasionally cooking until vegetables are cooked yet still crisp.7. - Remove from pan and set aside.8. - Add "butternut squash pasta" to the pan with soy sauce and cook, turning often to coat the squash, cook, until Al Dente or the same doneness as spaghetti.9. - Add all other ingredients to the pan and mix well, heating through.
