Here is how you make Summer Squash Couscous with Sultanas, Pistachios or Almonds,& Mints:

In a small bowl, whisk them and Seth, lemon juice, honey, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and garlic clothes let them steep for about 30 minutes.
