Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Vegetable Broth 25% less sodium 2/3 C (150 mL), 4.5 serving
Kale, 4 cup, chopped, stems removed
Sea Salt, .1/2 tsp
Pepper, black, .1/8 tsp
Almonds, roasted, 1/2 cup whole kernels

Here is how you make Twisted Pair with Squash, Kale and Almonds:

Preheat oven to 400F. Bake whole squash 35 to 50 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and skin. Cook pasta as package directs, drain and set aside. Heat oil in large skillet, saute onions and garlic 5 minutes, add kale, saute 3 more minutes. Cut 1 cup of squash into chunks, set aside. In a blender, puree remaining squash wiht broth until creamy.
