Here is how you make Jeff's Spaghetti Squash Lasanga:

Preheat oven to 425. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Spray a shallow baking dish with olive oil spray and place squash face down. Bake the squash 45-60 minutes, until flesh is tender and easily removed with a fork.
