Preheat oven to 375. Place spaghetti squash in a shallow baking pan and prick holes with a skewer so it won't burst while baking. Bake 1 hour. When cool enough to handle, slice in half. Scoop out the seeds and fibrous strings from the center. Gently scrape the tines of a kitchen fork around the edge of the spaghetti squash to shred the pulp into strands.Place spaghetti squash shreds in large pot, add 1 Tbs gingerroot, and 2 Tbs soy sauce.
