Add drained, cooked lentils, rice and macaroni in large mixing bowl and gently toss, set aside. Heat oil in skillet, add onion and cook until light brown (about 5 minutes). Add tomato sauce, vinegar, cayenne, water, salt & pepper to taste. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to simmer, cook for 5 minutes.
