2 cloves garlc pressed or slivered
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Teriyake sauce

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add tempeh & garlic and cook until browned. Add mushrooms and continuse cooking until tender. Drizzle soy & teriyake and mix flavor through. Salt to taste. Before serving, add tomatoes & half of green onions. Cook for additional minute- till they are soft but not mushy. Sprinkle remaining green onion over top as garnisn before serving.
